Micro-Clean is an aqueous-based degreaser. The microbial blend removes grease, oil and other hydrocarbon surface contamination by feeding on the contaminant. In the process of feeding, the surface tension of the contaminant is reduced causing it to sheet off the part.
Micro-Clean is effective on grease, oil, fuel, hydraulic fluid or any short or long-chain hydrocarbon and is easily incorporated into stand-alone parts washers, wash racks and oil/water separators. Micro-Clean eliminates hazardous waste streams. The microbes continuously remediate the contaminant. The end result is non-hazardous…water, carbon dioxide and a fatty amino acid that remains on the surface of the part and minimizes flash rusting.
